Our SocaPHIT pop-up group classes are a fun and high-energy workout that combines elements of Soca dance with traditional fitness exercises. Led by our experienced personal trainer, Marcus Eaddy, these classes are designed to get your heart pumping and your body moving, all while having fun and burning calories.

HIIT TO THE BEAT

We also offer HIIT TO THE BEAT pop-up group classes, which are a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout set to music. Our experienced personal trainer, Marcus Eaddy, leads these classes, which are designed to help you burn fat, build muscle, and increase your overall fitness level.
